Is the app available for Android?

Currently, South Beach Casino Club is only available for iOS. We are focused on delivering the best possible experience for iPhone users.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is available in the app under Settings. Please note that demo accounts cannot be deleted and will display explanatory feedback.

What are the different account modes?

We offer three modes: Guest (browse-only), Demo Account (full access for review/testing), and Activated User (credentials stored locally, hotel-tied features show activation message until enabled by front desk).

How does the digital pass work?

Your digital pass displays a QR code or barcode (based on your Settings preferences) that can be scanned at entry points. Pass format and brightness hints are controlled only from Settings.
